Founded in 2020 by Yolanda “Missy” Gelin, Mz Sno Biz has become a local favorite, known for its delicious frozen treats and commitment to community engagement.
Mz Sno Biz offers a delightful escape from the Florida heat with its wide array of handcrafted Italian ice and vibrant snow cones. They specialize in flavors ranging from classic favorites like cherry and blue raspberry to unique tropical blends inspired by the state’s vibrant culture. A key feature of their offerings is that they are free of tree nuts, gluten, cholesterol, and dairy, making them a perfect choice for those with dietary restrictions, including lactose intolerance. These treats also generally contain fewer calories and fat than traditional dairy ice cream, offering a lighter dessert option.
