Disclaimer

Booking Fee: To secure your event date and initiate the planning process, a $25.00 non-refundable booking fee is required for all selections and is not applied to the price of the Italian Ice event type.

Flat Rate Booking Fee: This fee applies to all booking types, regardless of event size.

Distinct from Balance: Please note that this is a service fee for administrative scheduling and date security. It is not applied toward your final event balance.

Flexible Rescheduling: While non-refundable, your booking fee is “life-proof.” If you need to postpone your event, the fee can be applied to a future available date.
